- Mr. Yribarren is a fourth generation farmer and farms grapes (raisins), alfalfa seed, almonds, organic tomatoes, organic watermelons, and wheat hay.
- He is also a vintner. He is the owner of J. Yribarren Farms and Yribarren Winery.
- He is also a member of Western Custom Ag, LLC.
- He has served on the Fresno Madera Farm Credit Board of Directors since 2012.

- Stephan Katmarian began his career as an Investment Broker and progressed through a number of firms eventually become a senior officer of several Canadian Investment Dealers.
- He was involved in Corporate Finance activities and participated and led many capital raises specifically in the junior mining and technology areas..
- He is a co-founder and director of several active technology companies and has been recently developing tokenization concepts. He is a founder of First Tranquility Agriculture Corporation and Colorful Euphoria LDA.

- Blake has worked with over 30 companies since 1995 and brings 6 years of technical management and marketing experience to the management team.
During the past five years, Blake founded Vocal Investor Financial Corporation as President, provided information technology related consulting services through his own company and attended The United Kingdom Sailing Academy .

- Prof Sain serves as the Founding Director of Centre for Biocomposites and Biomaterials Processing and he is the founding Endowed Ford Motor Canada Chair Professor in Sustainable Materials in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. Acting as a founding Director of Centre for Biocomposites and Biomaterials Processing, first in kind research commercialization driven by transdisciplinary education, training and research, centre focuses on sustainable and low carbon materials. Formerly Dean of Faculty of Forestry, University of Toronto, he also serves in a capacity as a Director of a globally recognized research hub.
